Product principle
  1. In addition to hydrolyzing peptide bonds, it also has the ability to hydrolyze ester bonds and amide bonds.
  2. It is generally stable at pH 5-10. Due to the lack of cysteine ​​to form disulfide bonds, it can be used by protease inhibitors from potato, soybean, and barley. It is inhibited, but not inhibited by the thiol reagent metal chelating agent EDTA. Ca2+has a certain stabilizing effect on this enzyme.
  3. Benzenesulfonyl fluoride (PMSF) and other sulfonyl halides can cause alkaline protease inactivation. Features
  1. Alkaline protease has excellent performance at higher temperature and moderate alkalinity.
  2. The optimal temperature distribution range of alkaline protease is 30-60 ℃, suitable for 40-55℃. Most alkaline proteases have a pH range of 7-13, and the optimal pH value is 9-11.
Storage
  • Enzyme preparations are biologically active substances. Strong light and high temperature will cause enzyme inactivation. Avoid sunlight and rain during transportation and storage.
  • Get wet and store in a cool and dry environment below 25°C. Store at low temperature (temperature at 5-10℃) for 3 months, the enzyme activity shall not be lower than the label value.
